REFUND POLICY

All item(s) must meet all the following requirements to be eligible for being returned for exchange or refund:

  • The item must have been purchased online through Hyperfly.ca
  • All returns and exchanges must be requested by email to service@hyperfly.ca within 10 days of shipping date (date Hyperfly.ca sends item out), the email must include the Order ID# and a specific request of desired action (eg: item by name and whether an exchange or refund is desired). 
  • Items, including all accompanying bags and accessories, must be returned in resale-able condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags, free of animal hair etc). For sanitary reasons, no returns or exchanges on spats, bras, and compression shorts, unless they are still in original sealed bags. No exchanges or refunds for patches unless we sent the wrong item.
  • Only one exchange per item ordered.
  • Our shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A $10 re-stocking fee per item will apply to items returned for refund.
  • We do not cover the cost of returning items for refund or exchange. 
  • We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, stolen, or sent to the wrong address.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays.

Once a request has been made meeting all the above criteria, we will commence with a refund or exchange once we have received the item(s) being returned. The return address is
